Diagnoses and treatment recommendations provided by GrassDx are informational in nature and do not constitute professional agronomic, horticultural, or landscaping advice. GrassDx makes no guarantee that any diagnosis is accurate or that any recommended treatment will achieve the desired results. Always follow product label instructions and consult a qualified lawn care professional for complex or persistent issues.

4. User Submissions

By uploading photos to GrassDx, you represent that you have the right to submit those photos. You grant GrassDx a limited license to process and analyze submitted photos for the purpose of providing the diagnosis service. Photos are not permanently stored after diagnosis is complete.

5. Affiliate Relationships

GrassDx participates in affiliate programs including the Amazon Associates Program and other lawn care affiliate programs. We may earn a commission when you purchase products through links on our site. This does not affect the price you pay. Our recommendations are based on relevance to your diagnosis, not commission rates.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from GrassDx
• Submit content that is offensive, misleading, or violates the rights of others
• Use automated systems to access the service without our express written permission
• Misrepresent the source or nature of any submission

All content on GrassDx including text, graphics, logos, and the diagnosis interface is the property of GrassDx LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

GrassDx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrassDx LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lawn damage, product misuse, or reliance on inaccurate diagnoses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
